1000th Lamborghini Aventador delivered marking landmark production success

The extremely lucky owner, German architect Hans Scheidecker, was on hand to receive the keys. Whilst much of this pace has to do with the popularity of the Aventador – between 1990 and 2001 just 2898 Diablos were ordered and from 2001 to 2010 the company produced 4099 Murciélagos – there has also been an amazing increase in the production rate. At the outset, just three Aventadors were built daily, and now they produce almost five cars every day.
