AMMCOR knows how fortunate they are as a corporation to have so many intelligent and friendly individuals. AMMCOR performed a yearlong program of collecting customer input, which resulted in two of AMMCOR’s employees receiving, “financial prizes for their overwhelming ‘Best Customer Relations’ responses.” The prizes to the two employees were a result of over three hundred received responses from the community Board Member representatives that AMMCOR works with.
AMMCOR’s employees are not only friendly, but they are well informed and experienced as well. All of AMMCOR’s association managers or either certified CACM or CAI. CACM comes from the California Association of Community Managers and CAI is the Community Associations Institute. Both certifications are interchangeable in value. And the association managers work with the 63 different community associations hat AMMCOR manages.
“The certifications demonstrate that our association managers are qualified to do what they do, what makes or association managers truly valuable are their bright and energetic attitudes they bring with them to work each day,” explains CEO Dianne Davega. AMMCOR like many companies know that attitude plays a large part in the work environment reflected by the company.
Positive attitudes lead to success and less stress, negative attitudes equally reflect onto a negative work environment. And since AMMCOR has so many friendly and positive employees, AMMCOR knows their employees are happy in their work. And that positive attitude is then reflected in the positive responses they receive back from their clients. This positivity leads to AMMCOR’s numerous positive client relationships.
