Author Eric Hurtado Signs to Mikazuki Publishing House

(Mikazuki News) 11/14/2011 - Historian and author Eric Hurtado has signed a multiple book deal with book publisher Mikazuki Publishing House. Eric will release a series of books on topics related to ancient, medieval, and modern history.

Eric Hurtado said "It is an honor to have the opportunity to share my historical knowledge and research with readers throughout the globe".

With the release of movies such as 300, Immortals, Alexander, and Braveheart, there has been a recent growing trend towards the popularization of history through commercial media.

But many times, movies and historical fictions fail to accurately represent the realities that existed and the current context which they should portrayed.
