July  23, 2012  (St. Louis) – Jennah Purk, CPA, MST, president and founding shareholder of Purk & Associates, P.C. , the leading, independently owned St. Louis-based accounting and management advisory firm, was appointed to the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Region VII Small Business Regulatory Fairness Board for a 3-year term.

The Small Business Regulatory Fairness Board is comprised of business leaders who provide independent advice and recommendations regarding issues of unfair and / or excessive regulatory enforcement and compliance fairness for America’s small businesses.

Purk  is a leader in the St. Louis business community. Her expertise is working with closely held businesses and high-net-worth individual taxation services, estate planning, succession planning, stock option planning and IRS examination matters.
