Each year, Ft. Lauderdale plays host to a gigantic boat show, aiming to appeal to both experienced sailors as well as those new to the concept of water sports. This year's show will be held from October 25 through October 29, and Joshua Kerrigan is proud to announce that his company, Yacht Management, will be participating this year.
Yacht Management will have a strong presence at the show this year, and it's bound to impress those who stop by to say hello.
"We have seven boats in the show, ranging in size from 48 feet to 87 feet in length," Joshua Kerrigan says. "These are some pretty amazing boats, and we're proud to have them on display for everyone to see. We think it speaks volumes about the job we do, as these boats are immaculately maintained."
The Yacht Management team will be at the show from 10am to 7pm, each and every day. Detailers, mechanics, divers and captains will all be available to answer questions about products and services, and boast a little about the work they do for their clients. Joshua Kerrigan will also be in attendance, but his schedule is likely to be jam-packed from start to finish.
"So far, I have 23 meetings set up with yacht brokers, yacht builders, marina managers, engine builders and yacht owners during the course of the show," Joshua Kerrigan says. "I'm looking forward to talking to all of these professionals, and I'm hoping that some of these conversations will develop into long-term maintenance contracts."
The fall is typically a busy time for Joshua Kerrigan, but already, it seems that his commitment to the boat show is likely to allow him to reap big rewards.
"The show hasn't even officially started yet, and I've already got two new owners signed up for the Yacht Management Program," he says. "I'm really proud of my team and the work we're doing, and I'm hoping we continue to see this kind of success as the show moves forward. I'd love to get seven new contracts before the show is complete, and I think that's a goal we can achieve, if we all work hard enough."
The Ft. Lauderdale Boat Show is the largest of its kind, with over 700 boats on display at five locations scattered throughout Ft. Lauderdale.
