Scoobits, the collectable accessory for children’s scooters, micro scooters and ride-ons, today announces the launch of its new Reflector range at the Toy Fair 2012.
Children will be able to scoot more safely with the new, fun Scoobits Reflectors. They are a great addition to the Scoobits range, and a further way for girls and boys aged three upwards to decorate and personalise their scooters and ride-ons, helping to make them more visible in the dark.
Scoobits Reflectors simply attach to handlebar poles of all sizes and hold firm via a clever strap design. They are available in the popular ghost character design and in two new ‘night-time’ characters, a cute firefly and a scary bat.
Clare Hartnell, co-founder of Scoobits, comments: “Scoobits is committed to encouraging safe scooting, and particularly during winter months, it’s often very hard for motorists to see children on their scooters. We hope the new Scoobits Reflectors will encourage children to make their scooters and bikes more visible by night, and more attractive by day!”
The RRP for Scoobits Reflectors is to be confirmed. Retailers who are interested in stocking Scoobits and the new Reflectors should contact founder, Clare Hartnell, on stand GH31 at the Toy Fair.

About Scoobits: Made from tough, durable 100% silicone, Scoobits do not contain UPVC and are safe, soft and squidgy for little fingers, for children from the age of three up. They simply attach to the scooter and hold firm via a badge and strap design. There are 26 different character and colour combinations to choose from, including a busy bee, a clumsy penguin and a cool shark. Scoobits are perfect for collecting and trading in the playground as favourite characters are available in sets of three different colours. Scoobits’ RRP is £3.99.

Scoobits are little characters that strap onto kid’s scooters, one on top of another, making scooters individual, colourful, and a real talking point for kids. “I have the Dragon and Monster, which ones do you have?” Whether it’s a Dragon or a Dog, a child gets the chance to make the scooter truly their own. On a more practical note, mums will appreciate how easily recognisable their child’s scooter is from all the others.
