Talented local youngsters wanted for Hairspray

Wycombe Society for the Performing Arts’ youth devision, Wyspas Youth, is holding open auditions for their production of the Broadway Musical ‘Hairspray’

The open auditions for the all-youth production will take place on October 16th, and are an opportunity for any one aged between 14 and 19 to try out for a part in the production.

Auditions will be held on Sunday, October 16th from 10am at the Arts4Every1 Centre, Desborough Road, High Wycombe HP11 2QW. Auditionees must be 14 or over on August 31st, 2011 and 19 or under on March 24th, 2012 and will be required to pay an audition fee of £5 on the day.

The final performances of Hairspray will take place March 20th to 24th, 2012, at the Kite Theatre, Cressex Community School, High Wycombe.
