mflow: music reborn

mflow is the way of discovering music through people.

On mflow, every user has a profile.  People flow tracks and albums they like to their followers (from their own music library or from the mflow store).  Followers see those tracks in their mflow inbox and can listen to them once – for free and gratis.

If they like the tracks, they can buy and download them there and then.  And if they do, the recommender receives 20% of whatever they spend in credit to buy more music.

Core Facts

  1. By following people, artists, DJs and labels on mflow you can create a network of sources delivering fresh new music to your mflow inbox daily. You get the full versions too. Whole songs that you can forward to your mates: it’s people- powered music discovery on steroids.

  2. You can send any track on mflow to your followers - you don’t even have to own it. If your followers like it and buy it, you get credited with 20% of the price they pay.

  3. No adverts. No subscription fees. No minimum payments. DRM free. High quality 320 kpbs downloads. Average pricing of 79p per track. Tracks that are easily transferred to iTunes. When mflow goes public it will have over 2 million tracks including major and indie content

  4. London-based mflow was founded in 2009 by Oleg Fomenko, Tony Byrne, Atan Burrows, Thong Nguyen and Don Jenkins and launches in April 2010
